He has experience in launching and growing recruitment divisions from the ground up, securing clients, placing senior hires, and building high-quality candidate pipelines.
Levi works across both temporary and permanent recruitment, combining business development expertise with a modern approach to sourcing talent. He uses AI tools, LinkedIn branding, and analytics to enhance performance and attract exceptional candidates.
Before recruitment, Levi had a successful career as a freelance model, working with brands such as Adidas, JD Sports, ASOS, and Manchester City. During the pandemic, he worked in construction to maintain income before transitioning into recruitment in 2022, showing adaptability and determination.
Recognised for his professionalism, initiative, and results, Levi is passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles to improve care standards for vulnerable individuals.
