What does working in recruitment involve?

- Growing the client portfolio via engaged BD processes.
- Candidate attraction and interviewing.
- Liaising with clients regarding any issues and responsibilities.
- Dealing with queries and coming up with effective resolutions.

Who are we looking for?
We are open to candidates from multiple backgrounds, including:
- Recruitment Consultants with documented previous experience.
- Professionals with experience and knowledge of one of the sectors we operate in (Retail & Sales, Healthcare, Operations & HR).
- Graduates with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Comfortable taking feedback and interested in growing your skillset.
