The company develops cutting-edge software solutions for one of the most exciting areas of the digital economy: scarce decentralised goods. They tear down barriers between networks that before were considered incompatible, allowing digital assets to flow freely.

Their unique bridging technology may process billions of dollars’ worth of assets each month – and become the standard for transferring unique goods in the digital space.

The Role:

  • Manage all aspects of SEO and backlink profile

  • Identify new SEO opportunities to drive user acquisition and partnerships through organic search

  • Launch and supervise content campaigns to improve search rankings and acquire backlinks

  • Research keywords and prepare keyword guidelines for each content piece

  • Create meta titles, descriptions, meta tags, and on-page content

  • Develop a SEO strategy for social media content and implement it together with the social media/community manager

  • Design a workflow for creating, optimising, and replacing content

  • Research our digital competitors’ SEO strategy and backlink profiles to identify gaps and opportunities

  • Work closely with content writers, PR, and marketing specialists to ensure that all content is SEO-optimised

  • Audit the website, blog and existing content for speed, mobile performance, crawlability, and search rankings;

  • Prepare SEO optimisation briefs for the development team and control results

  • Manage relationships with search engines and platforms, editors, etc.

  • Monitor content performance in search engines and make changes to the strategy and content as required

  • Serve as the point of contact on SEO matters for the whole team

  • Manage content writer contractors

  • Supervise content localisation for regional markets to ensure SEO consistency

  • Create regular SEO performance reports

What they need from you:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in the digital industry, ideally in fintech)

  • Track record of successfully implemented SEO strategies

  • Familiarity with the main SEO tools (Google Analytics & Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Sistrix etc.) and algorithm ranking factors

  • Being up to date with the latest SEO trends

  • Familiarity with the decentralised economy landscape is strongly preferred

  • Outstanding analytical and research skills

  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and issues and find out-of-the-box solutions

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset: you must be comfortable being responsible for SEO for the entire company

  • Familiarity with SERM techniques is an asset

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Desire to rise quickly along the steep learning curve of fintech
