For the right person they are offering a salary of £20,000-£22,000 with a strong benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
You will be mainly responsible for;
- Providing finance support to the assistant financial controller
- Dealing with customer queries and raising credit notes if necessary
- Creating daily sales invoices and submitting on to customers portals
- Allocating daily payments to customers accounts
- Dealing with Customer Invoice queries
- Raising Manual Invoices for the collection of Clearance stock
- Running Credit Checks on New Customers
- Bank reconciliation
- Reviewing and posting expenses
They are looking for the following;
- Sales Ledger experience
- Credit control experience
- Good IT skills on Excel particularly
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Positive attitude to work and able to work well within a team
