Who will you be working for?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing energy broker in their Birmingham office. This company specialises in the charity/ not-for-profit sector and is intent on helping organisations save money whilst building trusted, long-lasting relationships along the way. 

What's the role?
This is a sales executive position which will put you on the 'front-line' of the business. It is primarily an outward facing, phone based sales role in which you will make outbound calls to potential clients and network through the current client database, building strong relationships and attracting new business along the way. Although this is an outward facing role, this is not a "hard sell"! It requires a consultative approach and one that is both calm and confident in demeanour.

In order to succeed
This is a role in which you need personality to succeed. It will take structure, discipline, tenacity, hard work and a truly positive attitude- every "no" is one step closer to a "yes". You will also be a self starter and an excellent relationship builder with a genuine interest in the customers needs. The company are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running, meaning that you must have recent experience within an outbound telesales role and also ideally energy/utilities industry exposure.

This company cares about their people. They are offering an excellent starting basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience alongside a generous commission package for every sale. The business believes in progression from within and there will be this opportunity for right people. They also provide extensive training which is maintained through regular training sessions. This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role and they offer 20 days holiday increasing to 30 days with service as well as other benefits including pension, cycle to work scheme etc.
