Due to my clients continued success and growth plans for 2022 they are looking to expand their Business Account Management Team. Delivering exceptional account management, customer service and support is their number one priority and if this is something you already excel in and have a track record of in previous roles then this could be the ideal role for you.
Role expectations
- Telephone based sales and service support for their Business Customers
- Build a strong knowledge about our products and services
- Contribute to own success and that of the team through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Ensuring up to date product knowledge to adhere to customer expectations and queries
Ideal Candidate
- Be a clear communicator, an engaging people person, who can build effective customer rapport and offer valued advice over the phone
- Possess a positive attitude to working as part of a team and on your own initiative
- A background in delivering exceptional customer service standards in a sales or service driven environment
- Can lead by example and motivate others in your surroundings
- Motivated to achieve targets and goals, possesses a ‘can-do’ attitude, and have an open mind to learn
