Shifts and schedule:
Days: 2 pm to 8 pm
Nights: 8 pm to 8 am
Term time: 8 am to 8 pm
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in Wythenshawe.
We are seeking a patient, caring Support Worker to look after a 13-year-old with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal.
The role includes personal care and manual handling and supporting her in her day-to-day life.
We are searching for a Support Worker who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences.
Initially, this is a temporary role with the opportunity to be employed permanently after an initial trial period.
Please note that previous experience in complex care and a driver’s license is required for this role.
Salary & Benefits:- Fantastic pay rate of £12.50 per hour during the week and £14.50 per hour at the weekends and on Bank Holidays.

- Our client lives with cerebral palsy, blindness, scoliosis and double incontinence and is non-verbal.
- Support with hoisting, personal care, toileting, and peg feeding.
- Must have previous experience with clients living with cerebral palsy and requiring complex care, as well as experience with peg feeding.
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, weekends).
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Support Worker to join a specialist home care team and develop their existing skills to support this very special little girl.
