A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Worker in the Woolsington area of Newcastle. Shifts times are 15.30pm to 08.30am Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for a flexible, driven, committed and reliable individual to work with our client who has an acquired brain injury and some complex needs.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive pay rate: £15.00 per hour, £16 at weekend.
Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00 with very occasional weeke

Client and role -
Complex care support for a young man who equires support with all activities of daily living, including moving & handling, medication administration, food preparation and personal care. He loves the park, cinema and other recreational acitivises.

Taking the client swimming
Taking the client out on walks
Experience with Cerebral Palsy (Desirable)
Experience with Epilepsy
Knowledge of supporting an individual with insulin dependent diabetes and epilepsy
