School term day shifts:
Monday to Friday 7am-9am and 3pm-9:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7am-4pm and 4pm-9pm
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in Lincoln.
We are seeking a patient, caring Support Worker to look after a 51-year-old man with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal.
The role includes personal care and manual handling and supporting him in his day-to-day life.
We are searching for a Support Worker who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences.
Initially, this is a temporary role with the opportunity to be employed permanently after an initial trial period.
Please note that previous experience in complex care and a driver’s license is required for this role.
Salary & Benefits:- Fantastic pay rate of £15 per hour during the week and £17 per hour at the weekends and on Bank Holidays.

- Our client lives with cerebral palsy.
- Support with hoisting, personal care, toileting, meals, and domestic tasks on his return home and at weekends.
- Must have a full valid driving license to drive the client to appointments using a family vehicle.
- Previous experience with clients living with cerebral palsy and complex care is essential.
- Able to work unsociable hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends).
