Door-to-Door Sales Manager
Essex Area
Initial Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Initial OTE (On Target Earnings): £45,000 - £50,000

Lead our client's dynamic and rapidly growing team, a leading UK telecommunications brand and provider of high-speed broadband services, in the Essex area. They take pride in their commitment to delivering top-notch telecommunications solutions directly to their customers' homes. We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead our client's team in expanding their reach and delivering exceptional service.

Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts initially in the Essex area, expanding to the entirety of East Anglia. Your initial responsibility will be to manage and inspire a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed targets while providing outstanding customer service.  As a good level of performance has become consistent, you will be targeted to expand the sales area, your leadership will directly impact both your team's success and your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our broadband services in the Essex Area.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide continuous coaching and support to team members.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record of success in door-to-door sales.
  • Experience in recruiting door-to-door salespeople.
  • Experience in onboarding and training door-to-door salespeople.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
