24hr shifts – 8:15 to 6:45 day 6:30pm to 8:30am sleep

Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in Rochdale.
We are seeking a patient, caring Support Worker to look after a 50-year-old female living with a brain injury.
The role includes personal care and manual handling and supporting her in her day-to-day life.
We are searching for a Support Worker who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences.
Initially, this is a temporary role with the opportunity to be employed permanently after an initial trial period.
Please note that previous experience in complex care and a driver’s license is required for this role.
Salary & Benefits:- Competitive pay rate of £13.17 per hour during the week and £14.17 per hour at the weekends and on Bank Holidays.

- Supporting the client at her own home.
- The client lives with a brain injury, uses an electric wheelchair and is partially verbal.
- She needs support with personal care, toileting, administering medication and being taken to activities and appointments.
- Must have previous experience with clients living with brain injury and requiring complex care.
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, weekends).
- Must have a full valid driver’s license to take the client to appointments.
