Job Title: Support worker
Location: Bishop Auckland North East
Pay rate: £15 per hour weekdays - £16 per hour weekends.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a support worker in the Bishop Auckland area.
This is an excellent opportunity to help support a gentleman in his late 60’s to implement rehabilitation programmes from the multidisciplinary teams, help support him in his own home and local community.
Salary & Benefits:- Competitive pay rate: £15.00 per hour, £16 at weekend.
- Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00 with very occasional weeke
- Weekly pay.

Client and role:- The client in in his mid to late 60’s and has an acquired brain injury.
- The client requires a in support worker to assist the rehab programme and the client to develop more independence.
- The client is mobile with a walking frame and needs verbal prompts and guidance and minimal assistance to get around
- Some personal care involved.
Successful Applicant:- Experience of working with clients with brain injuries
- Must be a driver with own vehicle.
- Enthusiastic and keen to how to help the client progress.
- Committed to caring.
