Shift and schedule: Weekend availability
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Deputy Manager role in Oswestry.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a residential home for children. The residents live with behavioural problems.
This is a brand new home that will be opening.

- Residential home for children with complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- This home is run by OFSTED
- Shift Pattern 2 On 3 Off (x2 full days including sleeps)
- No personal care is required
- This is a 1-1 role
- Filling out the relevant paperwork
- Assisting the Registered Manager
Successful Applicant:- Must be able to drive - Manual
- Minimum 2 years experience working within children’s residential
- QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent
- Level 5 - Leadership & Management (preferred not Essential)
- Deputy Manager will need to be 21 years old or older due to the buisness insurance on the company cars
