As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Designate Store Manager to join our team and drive the success of our store.
As a Designate Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your primary goal will be to lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. You will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on store performance, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of dedicated sales associates.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to drive results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and receiving of stock.
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally as a Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Competitive basic salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000.
