Priority Healthcare are recruiting for a talented Deputy Manager for a Residential home in the Cupar area.
Job type: Full time - 40 hours per week
Pay: £32,800- Initially this role is to assist the Registered Manger and providing care to the young individuals.
- Ensure the individuals receive excellent levels of emotional and physical care whilst promoting their independence
- Providing leadership to the employees and ensuring the safety of all individuals
- Complying and exceeding all regulatory standards
- Managing the team and provide leadership
Schedule:- Monday - Sunday
- 08:00-22:00
- Mixture of full and half days, occasional nights.
The client and the role:- Clients have Learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Epilepsy
- Requires management skills
- Individual loves going out into the community
- Promoting independence
- Permenant role
The successful applicant:- Must hold a valid driving license
- Have experience doing management
- Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
- Have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the UK
- Hold a Level 3 diploma in Health & Social care
