 - Call Centre Sales Advisor
Brentford
Basic £22,000, OTE £28,000, scheme is uncapped.- Do you work in a large boring office? Need a change?

 - Does one day at work seem to last 3 weeks?
 - Don’t want to work past 6pm?
 
We are looking for talented, high-energy, multi-skilled people to take on a role with passion. It is imperative that you have a PASSION for GREAT service, whilst also being confident to close sales.
You will be responsible for;- Taking inbound enquiries, providing an excellent level of customer service.
 - Explain the product / service in terms that the customer can understand, helping them to make an informed decision.
 - Gaining commitment by way of a refundable deposit.
 - Making appointments for customers to come into one of the local locations.
 - Speak to customers the length and breadth of the UK.
 - Ensure all information is documented efficiently into the CRM, and accurately in line with Client & GDPR guidelines
 - Call back customers at agreed times to provide the best service
 - Assist with performance reporting.
 - Escalate complaints to the appropriate line of authority.
 - Comply with all Health and Safety Legislation.
 - Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Senior Management.
 
The right candidate will have;- Able to work between 8:30-6PM Monday-Friday, 9-5:30 Saturday and 10-4 Sundays and bank holidays. 5 days over 7 shift pattern.
 - Flexibility to work 1 weekend in 4 (or more if that suits you).
 - Telephone-based customer service experience, maybe even some sales experience too?
 - Clear communication style, able to work well over the phone and on emails
 - Self-motivation, don’t need someone on your should pushing you every 5 minutes
 - Excellent listening skills, able to absorb the customers’ requirements
 - Be a problem solver, having a passion for reaching a successful resolution
 - Be able to confidently introduce new products to customers
 - Strong organisational skills
 - Absolute PASSION for delivering GREAT customer service
 - Excellent IT skills, comfortable learning new programs and systems
 - Able to work in a small team (currently less than 10)
 
Good to have but not essential;- Sales Experience
