Our Client is a reputable franchise in the mobile phone retail industry, dedicated to providing top-quality mobile devices, accessories, and exceptional customer service. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, they are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead their store and ensure a seamless shopping experience for their valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mobile phone shop, including opening and closing duties.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, including ordering and stock replenishment.
- Ensure accurate tracking of products and accessories.
- Ensure an outstanding in-store experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry but not entirely necessary.
- Experience working towards targets / KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
