Please note, this role does require previous experience in telecommunications or similar assisted sales industries.

- 5 over 7 working day pattern.
- On the job, as well as classroom-based learning, to teach the skills to excel in the role.
- High street hours (Typically 9 am - 6 pm).
Role Expectations:- To make the customers feel at home and whilst selling is a large part of the business, you will ensure that great customer service is one of your top priorities.
- Able to deliver targets and KPIs.
- Leading by example and motivating others in your surroundings.
- Ability to bring fresh ideas and experience to the table.
Ideal Candidate:- A background in a sales or service-driven environment.
- Possesses a positive attitude to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- Motivated to achieve targets and goals, possesses a 'can-do' attitude, and an open mind to learn from the best in the business.
- Experience in supporting a team to deliver sales vs targets
- Experience in working towards targets in a fast-paced role.
- Confident, highly motivated and with a real passion for technology.
- Experience being a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
