Priority Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Delivery Driver to join our client’s team. The company is an award-winning self-storage provider and a market leader in this industry.

- Timely delivery and collection of incoming and outgoing items for storage.
- Ensuring accurate records of customer and company documentation.
- Completing all driver related and/or store checks accurately and reporting anomalies, resolving them where appropriate and presenting them to the Store Manager for review; maintaining and completing the daily operations within the store.
- Heavy lifting of storage items is necessary and will need to ensure that any lifting complies with H&S and manual handling techniques and regulations.
- Ensuring that basic safety and maintenance checks are regularly carried out on the vehicle alongside keeping the vehicle at a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety Policies & Procedures are adhered to for the benefit of customers and staff alike.
- May occasionally be required to support the warehouse team in moving boxes when deliveries and drop-offs are quiet.
- Liaising with the Store Manager and team regarding all suppliers and contractors to ensure that the store is provided with the best level of service.
- Completing ad hoc duties within the warehouse.
- Full clean driving license. (Essential)
- 3 years of delivery driving experience. (Essential)
- Ability to plan routes.
- Ability to use initiative and work effectively.
- Ability to help the warehouse team as and when needed.
