Deputy Manger

Priority Healthcare are recruiting for a talented Deputy Manager for a children’s home in the Preston area.

Job type: Full time - 40 hours per week
Pay: £30182.88 to £32847.36

Initially this role is to assist the Registered Manger and providing care to the young individuals.
Ensure children receive excellent levels of emotional and physical care whilst promoting their independence
Providing leadership to the employees and ensuring the safety of all individuals
Complying and exceeding all regulatory standards
Managing the team and provide leadership

Schedule:

Monday - Sunday
08:00-22:00
Mixture of full and half days

The client and the role:

Clients have Learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Epilepsy
Requires management skills
Individual loves going out into the community
Promoting independence
Permenant role

The successful applicant:

Must hold a valid driving license
Have experience doing management
Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
Have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the UK
Hold a Level 3 diploma in Health & Social care
