I have a pay query - Email (please only email once you have read the FAQ and below)

I need to cancel a matchday shift (before it is allocated on Flux) - Book absence on Flux, ensure you give a reason - blank requests will be rejected.

I need to cancel a matchday shift (after it has been allocated on Flux) - Call 07874 864566.

Non Matchday parking - Use blue car park.

Matchday Parking (Blue Carpark) - This must be pre-booked at least 48 hours in advance. Message us directly for this link or check your emails.


At the Manchester City Store we use a Time & Attendance System (PEP). The system offers an app (FLUX) and by using this app you can view how much hours you have worked, fill in your work availability and confirm your work schedules.

When / how much do I get paid? - please see the other FAQ -

Payslips are emailed out on a Wednesday.

Holiday pay - To check how much holiday pay you are owed you can email for a response within 48 hours. To be paid your holiday pay, email prior to 12:00 on a Monday for it to be paid the following Friday.

Missed clock in/out - Firstly, please try to ALWAYS have your clock in card and use it at the start and end of each shift. If you do happen to clock in/out/both then please email ASAP stating date, times worked and manager you were reporting to on shift. We will then seek verification. If you fail to clock in/out you should anticipate being paid a week late due to the additional admin.

Reporting a covid related absence

Unfortunately due to the increase in people missing shifts due to Covid but then being unable to verify this, we have had to implement a set process.

When reporting absence due to covid, you will be asked to provide a screenshot of the text message you receive from the NHS, including the date received, name etc. Example here. If you feel unable to do this, please call us to discuss.
