The company develops cutting-edge software solutions for one of the most exciting areas of the digital economy: scarce decentralised goods. They tear down barriers between networks that before were considered incompatible, allowing digital assets to flow freely.

Their unique bridging technology may process billions of dollars’ worth of assets each month – and become the standard for transferring unique goods in the digital space.

The Role:

  • Shoot and produce videos featuring the team (interviews, AMAs, vlogs, event reports, product release announcements etc.) for the YouTube channel and social media (Facebook, TikTok, Stories, Instagram)

  • Interview team members, partners, community members etc.

  • Create video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and video promos

  • Edit audio and sound design

  • Work closely with content writers and SEO specialist on video scripts and briefs, SEO-optimised descriptions, meta tags, and hashtags

  • Coordinate with PR, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and correct product messaging

  • Manage the company’s YouTube channel and interact with the audience together with the SMM specialist

  • Manage, encode, upload, and archive media assets

  • Stay abreast of YouTube and TikTok trends and make suggestions to the marketing team

    What they need from you:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in video content creation (preferably for tech startups)

  • A demo reel is required

  • Proven track record of successful video campaigns, including pre-production and post-production

  • Strong production (camera operation, sound, lighting, videography) and post-production skills

  • Experience interviewing people on camera

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier, After Effects, Audition, etc.) and Final Cut Pro X

  • Familiarity with the decentralised economy landscape is strongly preferred

  • Good knowledge of cameras, codecs, file formats, etc.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Familiarity with SEO is an asset

  • Experience with audio post-production is an asset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Desire to rise quickly along the steep learning curve of fintech
