Well established Gastro - Pub is requiring a Sous Chef, this popular venue has a fabulous local reputation and is looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the running of the Kitchen, aswell as deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.
The venue uses fresh produce and candidates need to have experience in Kitchens using fresh food, aswell as being able to create dishes and menus aswell as understanding costings.
Due to the location any candidate must be able to drive, however live in can be offered.
This post would suite a 2nd Chef/Junior Sous or Senior CDP looking for a step up aswell as an experience Sous who is looking for more autonomy.
