You will be working very closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen; you will be responsible for cooking and working across all sections.
You will get the opportunity to make a significant input in the menu development process with your own ideas for interesting, seasonal dishes in line with our food philosophy.
This is ideal for Sous chef who is looking for a fresh food environment in a well-established pub group who is still expanding. This role will allow for a Sous Chef to progress to Head Chef.
