The company develops cutting-edge software solutions for one of the most exciting areas of the digital economy: scarce decentralised goods. They tear down barriers between networks that before were considered incompatible, allowing digital assets to flow freely.

Their unique bridging technology may process billions of dollars’ worth of assets each month – and become the standard for transferring unique goods in the digital space.

The Role:

  • Design and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement and aligns with the brand messaging and marketing goals

  • Grow and nurture communities in Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms

  • Create, edit, and post content on a daily basis (tests, polls, gifs, memes, collages, etc.)

  • Create monthly content plans together with the content team

  • Coordinate with the product team to keep the community up to date on the

    upcoming releases and upgrades

  • Engage personally with followers, reply to comments, and ensure that the discussion remains positive at all times

  • Comment, like, and engage with relevant social media accounts and influencers

  • Track trending industry content and provide suggestions to the content & PR team

  • Organise and run online events, such as giveaways, contests, polls, AMAs, airdrops etc.

  • Select, train, and supervise local chat moderators and community managers

  • Resolve disputes; prevent negativity, bullying, and trolling; remove toxic users;

  • Act as the first point of technical support and direct users to the tech support team when needed

  • Measure engagement and community growth, prepare regular performance reports

  • Constantly look for ways to increase engagement and community numbers

  • Collaborate with the content team, writers, SEO specialist, and influencer marketing specialists to ensure uniformity and coherence of all content

  • Work closely with Ambassadors

What they need from you:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in social media/community management (preferably in the digital industry, ideally in fintech)

  • Track record of successfully scaling communities on Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, and Discord

  • Ability to create engaging and original content for different social channels

  • Being up to date with the latest trends on Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms

  • Familiarity with the decentralised economy landscape is strongly preferred

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong conflict resolution skills

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Experience creating TikTok and YouTube videos is an asset

  • Canva/Photoshop skills are an asset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Desire to rise quickly along the steep learning curve of fintech
