Sales Executive
£25-£30K & Car Allowance
OTE £35-40K

Just entering their 50th year of trading, this established business trades from over 100+ countries and 1000+ offices. 

This position has been created within this stable well-established business, thanks to ongoing growth and internal promotion.
 
This role will be focussed on business development, pipeline control and selling directly to internally supplied leads & self generated pipeline activity. 

Requirements:
  • Effectively developing, maintaining & closing their own pipeline
  • Attending appointments selling company services on a face to face basis (when allowed)
  • Pro-actively self-generate new business opportunities (cold calling) and manage to a successful sales outcome, stockpiling for future if not in the sales window initially
  • Effectively follow up leads supplied by the business
  • Travel throughout the specified region to meet with customers
  • Manage both self created and supplied prospect pipeline
  • Utilise rapport to build strong & lasting customer relationships
  • Deliver market leading customer service
  • Upsell and cross sell services and product portfolio
  • Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales
  • Utilise the inhouse systems to accurately and effectively process sales in a compliant manner
Personal Specification:
  • Self-motivation and complete sales presentation skills are essential requirements
  • Able to work without micro management
  • All the usual basic IT skills
  • 5 year complete work history for security checking purposes
Experience Required:
  • 2 years+ experience in a sales role, preferably in new business hunting rather than account management but we are open
  • Demonstrable track record of excelling in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and listening skills
  • Able to communicate at all corporate levels
  • Team player, whilst also showing lone wolf hunger
  • Ability to display and provide examples of skills in negotiation, communication, active listening and a sound commercial acumen.
Rewards:
  • £25-30K basic salary DOE
  • Achievable bonus structure with significant opportunity to increase earnings based on GP generated, OTE £35-40K but uncapped
