They are looking for somebody is confident at picking up the phone, building relationships and who believes that every "no" is getting them closer to a "yes". They will provide you with the necessary training, support and expertise to ensure your success in this role but are looking for the natural hunger and sales ability to start off on the right foot. This is a phone based sales role but is not a hard sell! It will require a consultative approach and you will be keen and passionate selling with the right morals and with good ethics.
This role is by no means easy. It will take structure, discipline, tenacity, hard work and a truly positive attitude to succeed. You will also be a self starter and excellent relationship builder with a genuine interest in your customers. You will ideally have experience within an outbound telesales role but must at least have some sales experience where you have had to actively win business.
They are offering an excellent starting salary of up to £23,000 alongside a generous commission package. Most people within this role will earn between £30,000- £38,000. They are big on internal promotion and will look for people to grow within their business and would love to give you the platform to progress (if you wish). The hours of work are 9-5 Mon-Thurs and 9-4 on a Friday with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 33 with service.
