Property Acquisition Manager

A leading branded hospitality operator with plans to further grow their store portfolio are seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to be a part of shaping the future of the business to build the estate and facilitate their ambitious growth plans

The business currently operates within Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Cheshire & Leicestershire but has plans to further expand.

Overview of the Role

  • New store openings to meet or exceed business strategy
  • Creating a visual growth plan that highlights hotspots for growth and timescales so that the business can build capability accordingly
  • Mapping out existing competition and locations, highlighting busiest roads and identifying new target locations
  • Develop a growth strategy in line with the company aspirations
  • Communicate with the senior team so that they can assist in providing competitor activity and local market intelligence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand to help influence the growth of the estate
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, landlord and agents to ensure the business is a preferred operator
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of new sites
  • Regular visits to potential sites
  • Responsible for a budget associated with costs in relation to appraising potential sites, design/architect, planning permission and legal fees
  • Support on legal property matters for the estate, including any Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Maintain up to date UK property market knowledge
  • Negotiate the best deals possible for new sites

All this whilst maintaining the existing estate and being a key part of the senior team helping to shape the future growth and take the business forward.
