We are on the hunt on behalf of a renowned restaurant group recruiting for a strong Payroll & Human Resources Manager to join this vibrant fast paced brand & business.
Your role will involve and evolve...
This exciting opportunity will see you initially taking on full accountability of managing the payroll function which is currently done manually. With plans in place to introduce new systems, this integration will be part of the initial project remit of your role. You will also be overseeing a small team to ensure all runs smoothly in Payroll for a large and growing group with further UK wide expansion on the horizon
The position will see you developing your career and evolving into a wider general HR remit.
You will be tasked to support the introduction of new systems into the function being Oracle and Kronos
Promote the implementation of best practice HR procedures and assist in developing the HR department to be delivering excellent service and business focused solutions.
You will ideally be...
A whizz on Payroll but with some exposure to HR and a desire to take your career in that direction
Fully up to speed with Excel
Knowledge of Oracle and Kronos
Experience in hospitality or retail /fast paced vibrant company operations and comfortable dealing with high volume workloads
Able to give employee relations advice and support to employees and managers

* The starting salary package will be dependent on your experience levels and up to £46,000 with a further bonus incentive in place + 25 days Holiday and Mon-Fri Office based hours
