The Company:

The company develops cutting-edge software solutions for one of the most exciting areas of the digital economy: scarce decentralised goods. They tear down barriers between networks that before were considered incompatible, allowing digital assets to flow freely.

Their unique bridging technology may process billions of dollars’ worth of assets each month – and become the standard for transferring unique goods in the digital space.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement paid media digital campaigns, including PPC, SEM, video, display ads, and paid social media

  • Prepare monthly quarterly paid channel roadmaps and establish KPIs

  • Conduct audience targeting and ad grouping

  • Be responsible for media planning, buying, and forecasting

  • Oversee and manage the spend and budgeting process for paid media

  • Work with the content, SEO, PR, business development, and SMM specialists to align campaign strategies

  • Continually test and improve campaign techniques (targeting, copy, visuals etc.), including A/B testing, to optimise performance

  • Research and onboard new media vendors and platforms

  • Work with contractors and marketing agencies

  • Analyse campaign performance and match it against the KPIs

  • Draw up regular campaign reports

What they need from you:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and advertising (preferably in SaaS or fintech)

  • Proven track record of successful paid campaigns implemented from scratch

  • Mastery of Google Analytics and other analytics tools

  • Familiarity with the decentralised economy landscape is strongly preferred

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing marketing budgets

  • Strong media planning and audience targeting skills

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Familiarity with SEO and SERM is an asset

  • Experience with bid management platforms, demand-side and data management platforms is an asset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Desire to rise quickly along the steep learning curve of fintech
