I am currently recruiting for a hotel which is surround by beautiful landscaped. 23 all packed with character, the hotel offers a stylish and contemporary functions venue for all kinds of social and business events
The hotel is private owned by a family and there is a real opportunity to progress to area manager as they expand from an already existing portfolio of hotels and restaurants
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our weddings, restaurant and bedrooms We're looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, committed to ensuring our team provides a 5* experience.
You will be responsible for £2m+ turnover operation.
Key responsibilities of the Hotel Manager:
- To be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel
- To help drive and maintain standards within the hotel
- To lead the team and ensure consistency of service throughout the hotel
- Help ensure decisions made are for the best of the business commercially
- Used to delivering on set financial targets.
Reporting in directly to the company Managing Director, you'll need to be confident, assertive and able to confidently run a high achieving operation.
General Manager’s need to have had previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property and must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and enjoy a hands-on role. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
