On the search for a talented and skilled 'Head Chef/Catering Manager' this company has a refreshing a new approach
With the working week set at 45 hours only and an additional weekly bones of £100 the company understand what it is to be a Chef, wanting to ensure there is balance between work and home.
The Head Chef will be responsible for around 12 Chefs in the kitchen, average at 6 on shift during busy services
A strong emphasis is on the kitchen operation itself with a structured process of the main dining concept!
The ideal candidate will be confident and capable with:
*Training & Development of junior chefs
*Stock Control, Ordering, and stock process
*High Volume Service
*All aspects of HACCAP, EHO & other catering compliance

*Weekly Bonus on P&L of up to £100.p.w and a periodical profit share related bonus of up to £5200
