​The Company:

The company develops cutting-edge software solutions for one of the most exciting areas of the digital economy: scarce decentralised goods. They tear down barriers between networks that before were considered incompatible, allowing digital assets to flow freely.

Their unique bridging technology may process billions of dollars’ worth of assets each month – and become the standard for transferring unique goods in the digital space.

The Role:

  • Develop original organic campaigns and digital activations together with the marketing and PR team

  • Hunt for unexpected and untapped opportunities to drive user acquisition and increase brand awareness

  • Find creative ways to identify and approach the target audience

  • Implement and own guerrilla campaigns from start to finish

  • Prepare campaign content: blog posts, social media posts, emails, surveys, ad copy, influencer scripts, articles etc. (in collaboration with the content team)

  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams, influencer manager, SMM manager, and SEO specialist to ensure that guerrilla content and timelines are aligned with the general marketing goals, product releases, keyword strategies, etc.

  • Work with external agencies and contractors to drive the creative process and control the results of their work, including copywriting, visuals, and videos

  • Analyse guerrilla marketing efforts by other companies and implement their best practices

  • Track guerrilla campaign performance and prepare regular reports

What they need from you:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in startup marketing (preferably tech, SaaS, fintech)

  • Proven track record of successful organic marketing campaigns

  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience interviewing people on camera

  • Outstanding creativity and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Familiarity with the latest guerrilla marketing efforts and stunts

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Very strong research and analytics skills

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Challenge-driven, entrepreneurial attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Desire to rise quickly along the steep learning curve of fintech
