As Department Manger you will have held previous management experience in the Quick Service or Branded Restaurant/Coffee industry or be an experienced high-volume Restaurant General Manager or Store Manager.
My client is an expanding Multi Brand business that promotes the development of its teams and provides world class training and many successful candidates see themselves as General Manager within 12-18 months.
As Department Manager your duties will as below
- Giving great customer service
- Maximise sales
- Motivate all team members
- Ensure that all company policies are maintained to a high standard
- Recruitment of new team members and training of new members
- Analyse and act upon financial/performance data to ensure the unit is running efficiently and profitably,

- Good attitude to represent the brand

- Experience in a customer facing role
