Customer Service Manager – Competitive salary.
- Managerial responsibility for a team of Panache Cruise service connoisseurs
- Responsible for the delivery of KPI service metrics
- Design and implement a customer service delivery strategy for Panache Cruises
- Design and manage a range of internal and external business policies
- Design and manage a contact centre workflow management system
- Responsibility for the management of a third-party telephony system
