No more than 48 hours

As a Chef you will oversee one of 4 sections within in the kitchen, this role comes with a very fast progression systems as the brand grows.

All food and seasoning are locally sourced from our onsite gardens and local suppliers, this mean our menu is very varied due to what is in supply or what has grown for that season, this result is fast changing menu and means guest to try mixture of dishes.

In this role you get the opportunity to experiment with ingredients to create delicious and wonderful new dishes   

Key skills

  • At least 1-year experience working as a chef within a Restaurant or hotel environment
  • Comfortable motivating a team to deliver on spec dishes at high volume
  • Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic
  • Passionate about high-quality food and committed to great standards
