Our client is a renowned national service area provider recruiting for a strong Assistant Manager for a well known leading brand.
This rapidly expanding business are looking for a dynamic, charismatic and innovative Assistant Manager to join this brands very busy unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well established Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager within fast food, retail and other hospitality environments to develop their careers further.
Under the guidance of your Department Manager, and reporting directly to them, my client wants every member of their team to be 100% focused on their role and contribute to the success of the business.
You’ll also be recruiting and interviewing Customer Services Assistants and Supervisors for your team, monitoring costs and staffing levels, running team briefings, conducting appraisals and overseeing training and personal development.
You’ll always be looking for continuous improvement. Not just towards individual behaviours but, proactively look for ways in which the brand can improve how they do things, to become even more customer focused and drive up customer spend.
You can expect your next steps be Department Manager, Deputy General Manager and Area General Manager. Then, potentially, you could be looking at a seat at the top table!
