Area Manager

£35k - £45k pa depending on experience plus an attractive bonus package.

Priority Recruitment are recruiting for a strong Area Manager for this nationally recognised Retail brand.

As an Area Manager you will have held previous Area Manager/Area Coach roles in the Retail industry.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a multi-million-pound business. You will achieve this by training, developing and managing your team to deliver results. You will be KPI and sales driven with the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be flexible and committed and will grow with the company.

Essential Requirements

  • Good attitude to represent the brand
  • Have experience managing multi-units 
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Must have experience of and a proven track record of achieving set KPI’s
  • Must have an organised, structured and proactive approach to deadlines
  • Confident, motivated, proactive and able to make crucial commercial decision
  • Committed to achieving the highest store standards and customer service
  • Ability to develop teams and lead by example
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in a sales orientated customer facing role
  • Experience of operating with P & L responsibility

The successful candidate will receive:

  • £35-£45K basic salary dependent on experience
