Administrator / Telephone Support

Burnley Town Centre
Full time, 1 to 3 months duration
Paid Weekly - Circa £320 per week take home pay.

Starting Monday 6th September (You must be available to start on this date)

An established financial services organisation is looking to recruit 2 administrators on a temporary basis to help with a new project. 

As an Administrator you will:
Be friendly with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Be comfortable speaking on the phone, clearly commuicating in professional manner.
Familiar with the requirements of GDPR, data security etc. 
Be competent and familiar with key IT packages and information systems, and work well within an office environment.
Have an ability to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, a flexible approach to helping others and an interest in providing excellent customer care.
Be able to handle / respond to simple quiries, passing on more complex questions to other members of the business.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will have a high attention to detail and have recent and relevant administration experience. 
Must be able to work with a repetitive workload.  
Able to work both under own direction and under specific direction.
