An amazing opportunity has arisen with a leading UK based Energy Broker. After 22 years of building amazing foundations, this company is now in a significant and prolonged period of growth and are looking for telesales professionals to join their high performing Norwich team. The client is looking for the best of the best, top performers with a proven track record in telesales, ideally from a Energy industry background.
This is a telesales role and as a sales executive on the front line of the business it is important you have natural charisma, strong relationship building skills, great organisation, tenacity and a can-do attitude. As the life blood of the office you will make outbound calls to potential prospects and network through the current client database, building strong relationships and attracting new business along the way.

By no means is this an easy role. It will take structure, discipline, tenacity, hard work and a truly positive attitude to succeed. If you possess these skills then this could be the role for you... You will be given a huge database full of leads but you have the ability to generate new leads and build and nurture your own business. You must be a go-getter that truly believes that every "no" is getting you closer to a "yes".
What you will get in return

They are offering an excellent starting basic salary of up to £25,000 (depending on experience) alongside a generous commission package for every sale. Realistic OTE £35,000- £40,000 within the first two years for the best performers. Whilst the business is growing it is very likely that there will be opportunity to progress. The company invest heavily in ongoing training for their staff. You will have 20 days holiday (rising by 2 each year of service to a maximum 30) plus 8 statutory.
