Are you an experienced, high performing Retail Performance Coach wanting to focus solely on coaching external retail teams to maximise their potential? Are you ready to use your knowledge and experience to help others fulfil that potential?
Priority Recruitment are looking for someone to join an industry leading performance improvement organisation with more than 30 years doing what they do specifically to the retail industry.  The core of your national role being to coach and support our national client base with the aim of taking their performance to the next level. 

Our client is so confident in their product that they offer a return on investment guarantee; if the clients do not exceed their own expectations on agreed performance indicators after the training and coaching sessions are delivered then they don’t pay a penny.
The successful Sales Performance Coach will;
* Be travelling nationally, to attend client meetings and presentations
* Identify training needs through the diagnostic/audit of your client
* Deliver the relevant workshops and programmes (and provide coaching support)
* Be a mentor on the good and the bad days
* Provide feedback and produce coaching/training plans
* Demonstrate what good looks like, when needed
* Be fully versed in retail KPIs
* Be a true team player and always have the business objectives in mind

Our client has and continues to work with some of the most recognisable brands in retail; mostly blue-chip retailers so your own experience leading and managing successful teams through a robust interrogation of company KPIs must be second nature to the successful candidate.
This role represents an exciting opportunity to go further and head up the Sales Performance Coaching delivery team in a time frame of 6-12 months so career aspiration is also key as you will ultimately be Managing internal Sales Coaches for this client.
