Project Coordinator (Commercial Flooring)

Basic c£30,000 (Dependent on relevant experience), excellent bonuses

Your new company are a family owned trade and retail business with a national reach, alongside an excellent reputation in their specialist sector which is flooring.
Due to continued growth they now require a Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis out of their Bristol offices to manage the day to day running of the commercial projects and are looking at a basic salary between £25,000 and £30,000, plus bonuses (potentially negotiable based on relevant experience)
Role and responsibilities
+ Experience with the day to day running of Commercial Flooring Projects (average projects £10,000 - £1,000,000)
+ To have a knowledge and experience using Estimating Software or CAD
+ Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Emailing and Excel
+ Excellent Customer Liaison Skills and interpersonal skills
+ Complete Risk Assessments & Method Statements for live projects as required
+ Placing orders and negotiating with suppliers as required
+ Preparing Job Packs for projects as required
+ Visit to sites as required (i.e. site measures & pre-let meetings)
