Priority Recruitment are recruiting for a Hotel General Manager for a fabulous Boutique Wedding Venue near Leeds.  This is a well established Hotel with a strong reputation in the area for quality.  As Hotel General Manager you will be leading from the front, be a great all rounder, a strong commercial leader yet someone who has the energy, excitement and love for the Wedding sector.  This being a hands on role you will be a strong operator and have a strong F & B or Operations background as well as knowledge of Sales sector.   Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.

This post would suit an existing General Manager or someone looking for their first General Manager post from Operations, F & B or event sales.  Being an F & B focused business driving sales is key, do you have the drive to get out in the local community, host events, invite local businesses and generate midweek revenues on top of steering the Wedding bookings in the right direction? 
Not putting all your eggs in 1 basket we are looking for a leader who wont rest, you will want to maximise all opportunities even in quieter times!
