We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join a business with plans to grow on their already established domiciliary home care team.

You will need to be experienced in...

Providing high quality leading home-care services placing our customers at the heart of what we do
Managing the service efficiently and to a high standard 
Effectively including overseeing recruitment, training, compliance, on call, appraisals
Leading, motivating and mentoring an expanding team 
Ensure CQC rules and regulations are maintained
An ability and appetite to help grow the business and your team
Maintain and build the great relationships already in place with local councils, CCG's and health authorities

We are particularly keen to talk to people with...

NVQ Level 5 in Care preferred (or working towards) 
Own transport (all mileage will be fully expensed)
Experience and proven ability to manage a field based care team 
Comprehensive understanding of CQC
