With over a hundred years of history this family owned luxury business has recently expanded and are looking for a receptionist able to operate in a professional manner with customers in a luxury environment.   Due to the nature of the business and the services they provide to their customers - the right individual will be an ‘ambassador’ of the brand.
 
The Role:
  • Building effective relationships which will contribute to your success through the deliverance of exceptional customer service.
  • Welcoming Customers being the “face” of the organisation and an ambassador to the brand.
  • Qualifying and understanding the customer’s needs and as such introducing customers to sales personnel
  • Showing customers around the showroom
  • Serving drinks (including alcohol)
  • Administrative duties
Rewards:
  • Permanent full time contract

  • 5 days over 7 working pattern

Basic Salary - £20,000
