Our exclusive client is looking for a full time Head Office Assistant to work within their Head office in the Hatton Garden District of London.
This is a family owned company with over a hundred years of history in luxury market. Recently expanded to new locations through the UK they are now looking to strengthen the team in head office to help provide the very best level of service to customers.
Supporting a small team in the Head Office / Main retail site in Hatton Gardens
Liaise with a broad range of people, including suppliers & customers
Book meetings and meeting rooms, conferences and refreshments
Engage with customers who have contacted head office
General administration, including but not limited to checking post, posting content to websites/social media etc
This is a new role in a small office, you will be required to “wear many hats”, learn new skills & seek out information required to complete tasks. You will also have the opportunity to grow & shape your own role as the business grows. No two days will be the same, this is not a purely responsive role – You will be need to be proactive to successfully complete tasks.
The Ideal Candidates Will:
Demonstrate excellent administrative skills
Good communications skills, both verbal & written
Demonstrate an aptitude for self development and ongoing learning
Ideally have retail experience (preferred but not essential)
Experience in an Luxury service environment would be ideal but not essential
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working Monday to Friday office hours
