B2B Sales Executive
Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on relevant experience) First year OTE c£31,000
Mon-Fri (no late nights).

A position has been created within this fresh and dynamic service-based business, operating in growth market sectors.
 
Experience & personality traits required:
  • Flexible, autonomous and independent attitude
  • Must be able to cope with setbacks and move forwards proactively
  • Demonstrable track record of excelling in telesales &/or account management
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills
  • Must be able to pick up phone and make calls, use initiative to find new potential leads
  • Self-starter, able to motivate self without someone on your shoulder
  • Team player, whilst also ability to operate independently, making relevant decisions as needed
  • Ability to display and provide examples of skills in negotiation, communication, active listening and a sound commercial acumen
 
What this Job Role doesn’t have:

Job Role:
  • Freedom to grow working alongside market leaders in social media management 
  • Deliver market leading customer service
  • Maximise lead generation (15-20 per month) for senior team to close deals and earn bonus based on contracts won before growing into bigger role
  • Turn these leads into client pitches to win new business
  • 'Blank canvas' to pitch; connect and interact with decision makers in up-coming brands aligned with this business
  • Utilise rapport to build strong & lasting customer relationships
  • Able to balance the needs of sales targets and the need to effectively maintain the system & data tracking
  • Be the point of escalation for customer queries, owning that problem through to resolution
