Training Manager & Recruitment Consultant

With experience in sales & KPI led retail environments combined with an Honours Degree in Business Studies, a move into recruitment felt like the perfect match for me.  I aim to build long term relationships on a more personal level. I am an active listener and will always take the time to understand the motivations and expectations of each individual, ensuring the right opportunity is matched both culturally and on a capability basis, factoring in transferable skillsets and cultural similarities which many others may overlook.  Now in my fifth year with Priority Recruitment, I am keen to utilise my extensive knowledge to broaden my range of clients whilst continuing to provide candidates that demonstrate ongoing success.

I've also taken on the role of Training Manager and really enjoyed being a key part of the team welcoming new staff to the business, inducting them and giving them a great start at Priority - Whilst also working with existing team members to increase skill sets and system/process knowledge.
