Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 72 hours
Shift and schedule: Weekend availability
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Residential Team Leader in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a residential home for children. The residents live with behavioural problems.
This is a brand new home that will be opening.

- Residential home for males between the age of 8-18 years old.

- The conditions the residents live with include a range of behavioural problems
- Our individuals likes to join in activites and sports
- No personal care is required
- The shifts are 24 hours, 2 on and 4 off.
- This is a 1-1 role
- Filling out the relevant paperwork
- Running a team of support workers
Successful Applicant:- Must be able to drive - Manual
- Previous experience with team leading
- Have a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
- Support worker wil need to be 21 years old or older due to the buisness insurance on the company cars
