Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Tyne and Wear
Pay rate: £12.00 to 12.50 per hour
Job Type: Part Time
Shift and schedule: Monday to Sunday, 5 hours per day (Flexible start times)

Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in the Whickham area of Tyne and Wear.
This is an excellent opportunity to help support a gentleman who is living with an acquired brain injury back into the community.

Client and role:

The client is in his mid to late 60s and lives with an acquired brain injury.

The client requires support with daily activities including personal care and hoisting.

Community activities will eventually be part of the rehabilitation process.

Successful Applicant:

Experience working with clients with brain injuries
Enthusiastic and keen to how to help the client progress.
Committed to caring.
Experience with hoisting.
Experience in dealing with challenging behaviour.
